SaaS Startup: 0 to 50K Organic Visitors
The challenge
A Series A SaaS startup had built a strong product but had zero organic presence. Their entire customer acquisition depended on paid advertising at $180+ CAC. With a $2M runway, they needed a sustainable growth channel before their next funding round. The website had 5 pages, no blog, no keyword strategy, and a Domain Rating of 0.
Our strategy
Technical foundation
We rebuilt their site architecture with proper URL structure, schema markup, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals optimization. Every page was engineered for crawlability and indexing from day one.
Keyword mapping & content strategy
Using Ahrefs, we identified 200+ long-tail keywords in their niche with combined monthly search volume of 180K. We mapped these to a hub-and-spoke content architecture with 8 pillar pages and 60+ supporting blog posts.
Content production at scale
We published 5-8 deeply researched articles per month, each targeting specific keyword clusters. Every piece included original data, expert quotes, and actionable frameworks — not generic AI filler.
Strategic link building
We secured 120+ referring domains through digital PR, guest posting on industry publications, and creating linkable assets like original research reports and free tools.
The results
Within 6 months, organic traffic surpassed paid traffic for the first time. By month 12, the site was generating 50K monthly organic visitors, 340+ ranking keywords (45 in the top 3), and $2.1M in attributed pipeline. Customer acquisition cost from organic dropped to $22 — an 88% reduction compared to paid channels. The company successfully raised their Series B partly on the strength of their organic growth trajectory.
"They didn't just get us traffic — they built us an organic growth engine that compounds every month."
